Plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Excellence team
Effectively maintain Personal files in all Learning ARTS databases
Creates Learning ARTS reports as needed
Manages PTO/UTO and sick leave dash boards
Conduct regular audits of files and records
Answer employee questions and address employee concerns
Communicate company updates and changes regarding new hires, terminations, benefit changes, or policy changes
Draft letters, memos and compose correspondence relating to routine communications
Maintain confidentiality of Human Resources information
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Conducts Conflict Management as needed
Coordinates management training in terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Observes current HIPAA/HITECH guidelines and company policies and procedures regarding the privacy and security of patient and employee information.
