Coordinating Administrative Patient Care

Coordination of Care between staff and families

The ideal candidate is responsible for handling billing, claims, and ensuring accurate processing for insurance payments
Responsible for posting charges and submitting claims electronically to third party payers including Medi-Cal and commercial insurances
Follow up on unpaid claims, denials and appeals as necessary
Verify the accuracy of billing data and correct any errors
Skills & Qualifications
HS Diploma/GED
2 years administration experience
Adaptable changes in the workplace
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
