Responsibilities

  • Coordinating Administrative Patient Care
  • Billing
  • Coordination of Care between staff and families
  • Member Benefits
  • Manage Patient files
  •  Other duties as assigned
  • The ideal candidate is responsible for handling billing, claims, and ensuring accurate processing for insurance payments
  • Responsible for posting charges and submitting claims electronically to third party payers including Medi-Cal and commercial insurances
  • Follow up on unpaid claims, denials and appeals as necessary
  • Verify the accuracy of billing data and correct any errors

Skills & Qualifications

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • 2 years administration experience
  • Adaptable changes in the workplace
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication skills
  • Fast Learner
  • Great attitude with a passion to learn
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese a plus!
