As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll play a central role in assessing, developing, and overseeing individualized programs for children with Autism. Your expertise will guide a team of dedicated professionals as you work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, helping clients make measurable progress toward meaningful goals. Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s degree in an appropriate field and active certification through the BACB. While five years of experience is preferred, we are eager to meet professionals who bring energy, insight, and commitment to excellence in the field of Autism services. Skills & Qualifications

  • current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a BCBA with individuals with Autism
  • Strong knowledge of the principles of applied behavior analysis
  • Experience conducting functional behavior analysis (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Practical experience managing and supervising team members
  • Collaborative organizational and communication skills to facilitate accomplishment of goals with clients, families, and team members
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Access to reliable transportation
