We are currently hiring a Stockton, CA based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time, hybrid position that includes in-clinic, in-home, and work-from-home time. This Monday through Friday (8am–5pm) role offers the chance to work closely with passionate professionals who live by the core values of empowerment, potential, impact, and compassion.

Responsibilities

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will take a leadership role in developing and overseeing treatment plans, mentoring RBTs, and collaborating with families to deliver evidence-based care. What You’ll Do:

Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight for behavior intervention programs for individuals with Autism
Conduct assessments and design function-based behavior support plans
Lead and inspire RBTs, fostering clinical excellence and team growth
Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client goals
Embrace a hybrid model of service delivery including clinic, home, and remote-based work

Skills & Qualifications

What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with Autism (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A heart for service and a mind for innovation
- Strong knowledge of the principles of applied behavior analysis
- Experience conducting functional behavior analysis (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans
- Access to reliable transportation
