Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ability to uphold core values in communications, business dealings, and within the community at large as a representative of Learning ARTS and its mission, vision, and core values.
  • Meet and/or exceed KPI standards as set by direct report.
  • Meet and/or exceed ongoing development and training of assigned tasks/responsibilities. Maintain the integrity of the process.
  • Provide/accept feedback through participation in meetings and written feedback.
  • Participate in maintaining standards and goals which are keeping with the company ethics, culture, and standards in the mental health field.
  • Participate in maintaining standards and goals that effectively keep Learning ARTS providing the highest standard of care and programs for our patients and their families.
  • Ability to communicate effectively. Written and verbal communication skills with individuals and groups at all professional levels.

  • Collaborate with direct reports to establish and maintain procedures for compliance (Legal, Learning ARTS policies, Federal, State, County, and governing agencies) across all departments.
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and advice as requested and/or necessary to maintain compliance standards throughout the company.

  • Update personal knowledge of the field and expertise within the industry as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic maintaining project deadlines while working to reach company and personal goals.
  • Mature interpersonal and professionalism including the ability to build rapport, collaborate, and handle difficult situations with the clinical team and administrative personnel. Seeking guidance from direct report/s as needed.
  • Maintain personal employee records in keeping with the policies of Learning ARTS.

Qualifications

  • Education and/or Experience
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Language Skills
    • Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Mathematical Skills
    • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to convert session times into “military time."
  • Reasoning Ability
    • Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Computer Skills
    • To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess the ability to work effectively with Microsoft office Word and Excel.  Have knowledge of Learning Arts portal database and Office 365 email contact management system and any future systems adopted by Learning ARTS.
